FOR VISITING FAMILY AND FRIENDS IN UK

Current visa fees is INR 21,500/- per person including Service Charges and Document upload at VFS Site ( Variable according to GBP rates) + INR 1500/- (Approximately) to be paid directly at VFS. All passengers has to personally come to UK Visa Application centre (VFS) for giving biometric data

FAMILY VISIT

Invitation/sponsorship letter from UK: The letter should contain the name as per passport, contact numbers, email Id and current address, employment details, visa status of the inviter/sponsor along with the name,relationship purpose and duration of stays of the persons being invited from India. Also requires sponsor’s bank statements, employment proof, income tax details, rental agreement utility bill copy, copies of passports and visa etc.

DOCUMENTS FROM PERSONS TRAVELING:

  • Original passport ( 6 months validity ) : Original + Scan copy of all pages of passport in Serial number wise order Pdf copy                                                                             
  • Old Passports (if any) : Original    
  • Covering letter to the consulates stating purpose duration : Scan Copy and Proposed travel dates in business or personal letter head
  • I.T. returns (SARAL) for last three years : Scan Copy each
  • Updated Bank Statement for last six months : riginal with bank seal and Sign
  • Fixed Deposits and any other savings : Scan Copy or Letter from Bank
IF BUSINESSMEN:
  • Covering letter to the consulates should be in Business letter head : Scan Copy
  • Certificate of Registration : Scan Copy
  • Memorandum of Association : Scan Copy
  • Articles of Association : Scan Copy
  • Partnership Deed if Partnership Firm : Scan Copy
  • Company Bank Statement – last 6 months : Original
  • Company I.T. paper with Balance sheet – last 3 years : Scan Copy
IF STUDENT:
  • Leave letter from the Institution(If holiday mention the holiday dates) : Original 
  • ID card Copy
IF EMPLOYEE:
  • 3 months Salary Slip                                
  • Leave letter    
IF RETIRED:
  • Retirement Proof / Letter / Pension Book Copy


After receiving visa approval email , if you need assistance for E Visa we can do it at a service charge of INR 1000/- per person
Please note there will be an additional service charge of Rs 2000/- for rejection resubmission applications.
