• Present address in UK (Typed),Date you started living at this address(typed)
• Name of Landlord, Landlord address and contact number (Typed)
• All previous address in UK (Date you started living to date you stopped living at that address- typed)
• UK driving licence
• Did you receive any medical treatment in the UK?
• History of any visa refusals
• Marriage certificate
• CAS LETTER
• If you are Married/ applying with dependents, please provide their UK contact number, BRP card, Passports, Entry visa copy)
• If you are applying with child dependent, please provide child birth certicate
• If you received any scholarships for previous course in UK ,need to provide NOC certificate
