DOCUMENTS FROM APPLICANT

• Passport copy (All pages of the current passport in serial number wise order)
• Aadhaar card copy
• Child Passport (All pages if applying together), Adhaar & Birth Certificate
• Medical TB test
• Marriage certificate + Relationship proof
• English Language Proof – CEFR Level A1
• Parents date of birth
• Contact no & Mail ID
• Previous travel History in last 10 years (Country, Entry date, Exit date, Purpose)
• Previous Marriage Details of applicant and Sponsor (If any)
• Previous Visa rejection details (If any)

DOCUMENTS FROM SPONSOR

• Passport Front and Back page
• BRP Card & E-visa Approval with Share Code
• 1 year Salary slips and Bank statement for 1 year Showing all the Salary credits. ( 1year salary minimum 29000 GBP)
• P60 for the relevant period(s) of employment relied upon
• Employment Contract – Signed one Mandatory (All contracts within last 2 years)
• Accommodation Proof–Tenancy OR Land Registry (Need separate room for the family – Not overcrowded)
• Latest Employment Letter from the Employer Which Cover the below details:

1. Job Title
2. The gross annual salary
3. How long the employment has been/was held?
4. The period over which the person has been paid the level of salary stated in their application
5. The type of employment (permanent, fixed term contract or agency)

• If sponsor worked in the same company for last one year with different Job Title & salary, then get the employers certificate mentioning the    same and attach previous 6 Months salary slip & Bank statement also the same period(s) as the pay slips showing that the salary has been    paid into an account.
• National Insurance Number
• Home Office Reference Numbers–If available
• Sponsor Email id, Phone Number
• Employer Email id and Phone number
• Invitation letter detailing the relationship

RELATIONSHIP AND COHABITATION PROOF

• Strong Evidence

1. Tenancy agreement, House Loan Documents, House Tax Documents with same address
2. Municipality tax, electricity, gas, water, phone, cable, dish tv bills with same address
3. Driving licence with same address
4. Bank statement joined or separate with same address
5. Money transfer slips to spouse
6. Birth certificates of children
7. Employment contracts with same address

• Acceptable evidence

1. Election Register / Voter ID with same address
2. Joint Insurance / Vehicle loan
3. Flight Ticket, Train ticket, Tour / Hotel voucher – with both person’s name

• Weak Evidence

1. Photographs (Selfies, with family, marriage / engagement function, other events) chat history, call history, Emails (Last 2 years)
2. Letter/affidavit from Relatives / parents / doctor / MLA /Religious leaders
