Criminal record certificate / PCC from passport office(Police Clearance Certificate). If stayed in another country for more than 12 months in the last 10 years require PCC for that country as well. The same is compulsory for healthcare, education and social work sectors, but we suggest you to get one if you belong to other sectors too.
Experience & educational qualification proof (Certificates including transcripts)
Letter from employer stating your visa comes under Health care visa (if applicable)
Government issued id card copies of parents, spouse and kids
Sufficient fund for maintenance for 1 month( £1270 ), maintained in account for 1 month – if employer not shown maintenance in COS. (need bank statement with seal and sign ) – Please check COS
After receiving visa approval email , if you need assistance for E Visa we can do it at a service charge of INR 1000/- per person
