• Original passport + previous passport
• Photo with white background (3.5 x 4.5 cm, 80% face up to neck)
• Last 6 months’ Bank statements with seal and signature from bank
• Aadhaar card
• Fixed deposit receipts
• Marriage certificate ( if married )

• Letter from Employer
• Leave letter
• Last 6 months Salary slips
• Income tax returns for last 2 years

IF YOU ARE BUSINESS PERSON

• Business registration / licence
• Business statement for the last 6 months
• Business Tax for the last 2 years

IF YOU ARE A RETIRED PERSON

• Pension pay order / Pension book
• Pension statement last 6 months

IF YOU ARE A STUDENT

• Letter from school / College

OTHER INFORMATION FOR FILLING APPLICATION FORM

• Family details of applicant’s parents and children: and sibling’s name, date of birth, address and occupation.

DOCUMENTS FROM SPONSOR

• Invitation letter ( Addressing to, The Visa Officer – Canadian High Commission, New Delhi. Sponsor full address, phone number and email id, self – introduction,  Applicant name, passport no, travel date, duration and purpose of visit. Sponsor signature is mandatory)
• Passport copy and visa copy ( if you are any other national, give your OCI card copy also )
• Letter from employer / contract
• Bank statements for last 6 months
• Salary slip for last 6 months
• Tenancy agreement / Land registry
• Utility bill ( if you have )
• Notice of Assessments last 2 years + T4
