DOCUMENTS CHECKLIST FOR SOUTH KOREA DEPENDENT VISA

DOCUMENTS FROM APPLICANT: OPTION 1

• Passport with validity of minimum 6 months
• One passport sized-photo with white background (Only valid for one taken within recent 6 months)
• Visa application form
• Covering letter or Visa request letter
• 6 Months bank statement of the applicant with bank seal and sign
• Aadhaar card copy of applicant
• Employment proof of the applicant – if any
• Highest Qualification – Collage name address and phone number
• Health Condition form
• Medical report on TB test (Under 6 years of age are not required)

FROM KOREA

• Invitation letter in Company Letterhead -Color and clear copy
• Last 6 months bank statement in Korea of the inviter- Color and clear copy
• Copy of first and last page passport (Inviter, Color and clear copy)
• Inviter’s Alien registration card both side copy and Last Korean Visa copy (For Indians / Foreigners, Color and clear copy)
• A certificate of inviter’s employment (Color and clear copy) and a certificate of tax payment (If an inviter is a spouse)
• Salary slip 3 months – Color and clear copy
• Tenancy Agreement with seal – Color and clear copy
• Marriage certificate (Children–>Birth certificate)
