SOUTH KOREA STUDENT VISA – LONG TERM VISA -STUDENT (MORE THAN 90 DAYS) CHECKLIST
DOCUMENTS FROM APPLICANT
- Original Passport with more than 6 months validity
- Recently taken 2 photos -Size 35x45mm, white background with dark cloths
- Duly filled Visa application form by the Applicant
- Detailed covering letter from the applicant (Mention his / her name, passport no, designation, travel date to and from, purpose of visit & amp; who will bear the expenses)
- Copy of all Academic Records
- Copy of SSLC, Plus 2, Degree, PG with Apostille (Take color copy of the document and do apostille in the colour copy )
- Bonafide Certificate (in case of studying currently)
- Occupation Proof or Employment Proof (In case of currently employed)
- 1 Year salary slip (if any)
- Photocopy of Income Tax Return (ITR) of last 2 year (in case of currently employed) (If unable to submit ITR then a letter of explanation mentioning the reason must be submitted)
- In case of Ownership please submit 3-year company Income Tax Return
- Company Registration copy (GST), Business profile details in case of Ownership.
- Recent Bank statement of last 6 months (original or photocopy with the banks stamp and sign by bank Authority) while submitting the visa the bank statement taken within 5 days.
NOTE
In case of sponsor – Parent -recent bank statement last 6 months with seal and signature, (Required ID Proof-Birth certificate, Occupation proof and ITR copy last 2 years)

Guardian – recent bank statement last 6 months with seal and signature,
(Required Relationship Proof-Detailed covering letter, Occupation proof and ITR copy last 2 years)
- TB Test Report- Original from the Designated Lab
- Health Condition Form
FROM KOREA
- Original Admission Certificate from the University (Attestation is not required, either original or scan copy can be submitted)
- Copy of Business Registration of Inviting Korean University (Scan copy can be submitted)
- Sponsorship letter (if any)
